July 2011 President’s Letter

It is hard to believe that we are already at the midpoint of 2011! We hope that you are all enjoying the long, warm, summer days and finding some time to relax and unwind. Even with the kick-back feeling that comes with summer, the staff at Questline continues to focus on providing our 400+ energy utility clients with the same, high-quality level of customer service and a next-generation of residential and business eCommunication products and services.

We are thrilled to announce that once again we will see a significant revenue increase in 2011—our ninth consecutive year of growth! In fact, we earned our third-straight spot on Inc. 5000′s fastest growing companies list and we earned a spot as the seventh fastest growing company in our region. Obviously, we wouldn’t have this history and growth without you—our energy utility partners—and the trust that you have placed in us.

This year, we have embarked on some exciting product development partnerships with two of our clients, Duke Energy and National Grid:

  • For Duke, we are producing a set of rebate-integrated calculators for their business customers. Each calculator (Lighting, HVAC, and VFD) enables the user/company to compute payback for system upgrades while taking into account specific rebates or incentives.
  • Our partnership with National Grid involves the development and production of a behavior-based Action Plan tool for residential customers. This web-based tool encourages customers to identify energy actions associated with a savings target and then provides the information, tools, and follow-up to assist the customer in implementation.

We are excited to offer these products to all of our Questline clients in the coming months. Also, looking ahead, we are actively planning our 2011 Fall Users Group Forum. We look forward to this time with our clients and value the information exchange it provides. If you haven’t signed up for the Users Group Forum yet, I encourage you to do so.

Or, contact your Service Delivery Representative for more information on the Users Group Forum or with your questions, comments, or service and support needs.

Sincerely,
