20 Utilities Represented at 2013 Questline Annual Summit

Questline’s 9th Annual conference was held early this week bringing utilities together to discuss digital communications, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

At the 9th Annual Questline Summit: Igniting Ideas, 22 utilities were represented from all over the United States. Those utilities represented included Entergy, Duke Energy, Consumers Energy, National Grid, Salt River Project, and Pacific Gas & Electric. Attendees were treated to enlightening presentations, roundtable discussions and opportunities for networking.

Presentations included a case study presented by Jennifer Gary, Market Segment Manager, of Entergy. She detailed the journey Entergy has gone through improving their JD Power rankings from below average to the top Utility. Topics on mobile marketing, automated marketing, customer journey mapping, rate case communications, and metrics were also presented.

Questline’s Annual Summit occurs each year in the fall. Details on 2014’s Summit will be introduced early next year.
