Questline Reveals New Brand Externally

Utility communications company introduces new brand that better reflects who we are and the attributes that make Questline a valued partner for our clients and a great place to work for our employees

Today, Questline is exited to reveal a new logo to their clients and the public. This is the first step toward new products, services and other company initiatives focused on the core mission of being the most knowledgeable, creative and effective global provider of customer communication and analytics for the energy utility industry.

“As you can see we've been busy redesigning our entire look and feel from the ground up. We're excited to unveil this new look that better reflects who we are and the attributes that make Questline a valued partner for our clients and a great place to work for our employees.” stated John Keep, Vice President of Products and Marketing, who was responsible for overseeing the rebrand initiative.

The new logo consists of two parts – a core and a spark. The core represents the knowledge base, which serves as the foundation of Questline. This includes the content and experience Questline has in the energy utility industry through subject matter experts, 20+ years of experience communicating in the industry and a large database of utility analytics. The spark represents the creativity behind digital communication campaigns. It’s the inspirational moment of connection and illumination of the content.

With the new rebrand, Questline has changed their tagline to “We Make Energy Engaging.” Dave Reim, President of Questline explains, “We believe that Questline truly does help our utility partners make the topic of energy engaging for all audiences. We want to continue to help our clients be successful at engaging their customers through digital communications.”
