Questline prepares for milestone 10th annual utilities conference
Igniting Ideas 2014 marks Questline’s 10th annual forum for utility communicators. Since its inception, Igniting Ideas has grown and evolved to feature industry-focused presentations from Questline experts, roundtable discussions, networking opportunities and, for the second year, the Illumination Awards. This year’s forum will be held September 23 and 24 at Columbus’ COSI (the Center of Science and Industry).
“We’re honored to host our 10th conference,” Dave Reim, President of Questline, said. “Giving our clients the chance to come together, share successes and challenges and learn from presentations and discussions is something we’re truly excited to do and strive to make it even better every year.”
The creation and expansion of the Illumination Awards is one of the ways Questline continues to enhance Igniting Ideas.
“We wanted a way to showcase the great things our clients are doing and let them talk and learn with each other,” Kathleen Malone, Questline Account Director, Business Development said. “We developed our Illumination Awards to highlight these campaigns, initiatives and communication strategies.”
Questline will select one utility as the winner of each of the three Illumination Awards:
- Marketing Effectiveness – Presented to the utility that effectively achieves business goals through innovative strategies and results-based tactics.
- Marketing Efficiency – Presented to the utility that finds new ways to do more with less through technology and automation.
- Customer Responsiveness – Presented to the utility that makes identifying and responding to customer needs a top priority.
Client attendees are invited to submit their achievements via email to email@example.com by Friday, August 15.
Questline has also bolstered its presentation lineup for Igniting Ideas 2014, which will feature timely topics important to energy communicators, including data benchmarking and trends, successful content marketing strategies, customer segmentation and targeting and more.
