Questline to Host 9th Annual Summit This Week
Questline is welcoming in clients from across the country for the 9th Annual Questline Summit. This year’s theme is Igniting Ideas and Questline is prepared to do that through relevant presentations, networking opportunities, and an innovative conference space.
“We chose the theme Igniting Ideas because that is what the summit is all about. Besides presentations on current utility communication trends full of ideas and action items, attendees have ideas sparked through networking and roundtable discussions with other attendees.” explained John Keep, Vice President of Marketing.
Presentation topics include Can You Hear Me Now? Understanding the Mobile Customer, Measure What Matters: Making Sense of All Those Metrics and Making the Case: Ideal Communication for Effective Ratemaking. In addition, Modeling Innovation: Lessons Learned from Leaders of Other Industries will include representatives from Grange Insurance Companies and Express, Inc. sharing relevant insights on marketing communications.
Those registered to attend the conference include Marketing and Communication Managers, Account Executives, Customer Service Managers, and Program Managers.
